A Different Approach to Healing
My work is grounded in EMDR psychotherapy, an evidence-based approach that helps the brain and body process experiences that feel “stuck,” so they no longer carry the same emotional or physical charge.
Alongside EMDR, I integrate nervous system awareness and embodied practices to support healing at the level where these experiences are actually held.
At the core of my work is the Conscious Living Framework™, which understands that what you’re going through — while difficult — is not something that has to define your life moving forward.

About Andrea
Andrea Skitch is a registered social worker, psychotherapist, speaker, and creator of the Conscious Living Framework™, a body of work that explores how we relate to grief, change, and the deeper questions of meaning, purpose, and how we want to live.
She works with individuals and organizations to help them understand how internal experiences — such as loss, stress, and life transitions — shape how we think, relate, and show up in the world.
With over 15 years of experience, Andrea integrates EMDR therapy, nervous system science, and embodied practices to support people in moving out of survival mode and into more conscious, aligned ways of living.
Her work is known for bridging depth and practicality — bringing clarity to complex experiences and supporting meaningful, lasting change.

Currently all of my work with clients takes place in the virtual space through Jane, a secure online booking system (similar to zoom).
EMDR works just as well as in-person for most clients. -
As a working mom, I prefer to keep my hours from 9am - 4pm EST, Monday through Thursday.

My hourly fee is $250 CAD.
90 minute sessions are $375 CAD.
You will receive a receipt with you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Check with your individual insurance provider for more guidance. -
Weekly or bi‑weekly to start, adjusted based on your needs and goals.
We begin with 4-6 sessions and reassess as we go along so you get the most aligned support.
In order to step into the next version of yourself, you must address any traumas, or unresolved grief that’s holding you back.
