Who this is for

You’re living with serious or terminal illness, or caring for someone who is.

You’ve tried to “move on,” but the pain or confusion keeps resurfacing.
You’ve explored talk therapy and found it helpful, but you don’t feel liberated of the grief that haunts you … yet.
You’ve read about EMDR Therapy and you feel called to try it for yourself.
What we work on together
In our sessions, we might:
Make sense of your loss and the many emotions that come with it (sadness, anger, guilt, relief, confusion).
Explore how grief is affecting your relationships, work, and daily life.
Support you in setting boundaries and asking for what you need from others.
Work with anxiety, depression, or trauma responses that may be showing up.
Rebuild a sense of identity, purpose, and meaning after loss.
Support you in preparing for or living with serious illness, for yourself or a loved one.
Create a safe space for your nervous system to let go of the stress, fear, trauma, and grief it holds (true integration) so you are liberated from suffering once and for all.

Currently all of my work with clients takes place in the virtual space through Jane, a secure online booking system (similar to zoom).
EMDR works just as well as in-person for most clients. -
As a working mom, I prefer to keep my hours from 9am - 4pm EST, Monday through Thursday.

My hourly fee is $250 CAD.
90 minute sessions are $375 CAD.
You will receive a receipt with you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Check with your individual insurance provider for more guidance. -
Weekly or bi‑weekly to start, adjusted based on your needs and goals.
We begin with 4-6 sessions and reassess as we go along so you get the most aligned support.
In order to step into the next version of yourself, you must address any traumas, or unresolved grief that’s holding you back.
